Theo Koukouravas is the Deputy Dean of the School of Management and is responsible for all international matters within the school and transnational education. Theo Koukouravas moved into higher education in 1991 as a lecturer. He became programme director of the HNC computing programmes and then programme director of all programmes across the school of computing. He has been operating at Executive/Board school and central level for the past 12 or so years with responsibilities for learning and teaching, change management, quality assurance, staff development and student experience. Over the past few years he has been responsible for all TNE activities within the school.

His background is in computing and his specialist area is Information Systems, Databases and programming.

His research interests are mainly around learning and teaching. In particular, strategies which can help business/management schools introduce changes to learning teaching and assessment.​​
