​At Cardiff Met, we have been providing Initial Teacher Education (ITE) provision for over 60 years and are recognised as being amongst the largest centres of teacher education and training in the UK. Home to Cardiff Partnership for ITE we work with in collaboration with our partners to ensure that student teachers not only achieve but seek to surpass professional standards for QTS.

In addition to our QTS programme, we offer a range of specialist education degrees in Early Years Education, Psychology & Special Educational Needs and Teaching & Learning Studies.
