“The extra industry knowledge gained from my MSc course has been invaluable. Modules are led by lecturers that have experience within industry. This provided me with key insights into the information technology industry and allowed me to work on a variety of software development projects utilising an agile methodology and Scrum. This developed my ability to work as part of a team and meet new people.”

“Industry experts from various fields in Tech were invited as guest speakers during seminars and workshops to further stimulate our understanding and expand on concepts we had been taught in class, as well as give insights into the industry. The programme structure allowed for more independent research with my peers along with presentations opportunities, which greatly impacted my understanding on the subject matter and how to effectively communicate my point across to an audience. I have gained not only technical knowledge and proficiency, but also research-based thinking and critical thinking. I have also been able to establish valuable relationships with peers as well as professors, which I am certain to leverage regardless of whatever path my career takes.”
