Counselling

Benefits

Counselling offers a safe, supportive and confidential environment, where you can talk over any issues you are experiencing.

Counselling can also help you challenge your unhelpful thinking patterns, and focus on ways to be more effective, helping you make different and more helpful choices.

Counselling can help you manage your difficulties, by raising your self-awareness. This will help you understand how to manage your issues more effectively in the future.

If you decide to access counselling, we will let you know if counselling will be helpful for your particular difficulty. If counselling isn’t going to be helpful, we can point you in the right direction to get the support you need.
