An appointment should be given within 15 working days of first contact. You may elect to choose an appointment date outside of this time frame

An information pack will be emailed or sent to you within 1 working day of first contact. This will include a pre-assessment questionnaire

You will need to provide a copy of your medical evidence, funding body approval letter and completed pre-assessment questionnaire within 5 working days

During the assessment, specialist equipment, software support and adjustments will be discussed
|

You can choose to recieve a draft of your report outlining the support recommended via email within 10
working days of your assessment. If you do not wish to recieve a draft, your report will be sent directly to your funding body.

You will have 5 working days to approve the content of the report or request any changes. Changes will be made within 1 working day
|

The report will be emailed to your funding body within 1 working day of your final approval. A final copy of the report will also be sent to you
|

If for any reason we are unable to complete reports in the timeframe stated above, we will provide clear explainations as to why this has not been possible
