The Centre is located on the second floor of A block, Llandaff campus.
Before you attend your needs assessment appointment it is necessary that you have the following documents:
- Relevant medical evidence
- Funding body approval letter
- Pre-assessment questionnaire.
It
is necessary that we receive the documents at least five days before
your appointment.
Sufficient evidence for a Specific Learning Difficulty would be a copy of your post 16 Educational Psychologist's report and for any other disability a letter from your doctor/consultant confirming you condition or a completed DSA evidence form.
We aim to offer you an appointment for a Needs Assessment within a maximum of 15 days, although we often have earlier appointments.
Assessment times
Appointments are generally available Monday to Friday between 9.30am and 3pm, however please contact us to discuss a suitable appointment for you.

We are located on the second floor of A block on Llandaff Campus. You can enter through main reception, who will be able to direct you to Student Services. Find out how to get to Llandaff Campus.
