Staff Overview

​Panicos’ academic qualifications include a PhD in Multimedia, a Masters in Management Information Systems, a Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial and Technological Management and a BSc in Civil Engineering. In addition to lecturing, his work experience ranges from computer programming and consultancy to computer journalism and multimedia and web product development. His hobbies are composing electronic music, astronomy and philosophy.


​Panicos has taught on a range of undergraduate and postgraduate modules on the UWIC MBA, Cardiff School of Management and Cardiff School of Technologies including Multimedia, Information Systems and Web Development and has supervised numerous student dissertations throughout his academic career.


​Research interests include student assessment and multimedia feedback, student attendance and performance, university league tables and mergers and online marketing.
