Profile

Steph is a Lecturer in Strength and Conditioning at Cardiff Metropolitan University, where she is also currently undertaking her PhD investigating the effects of growth and maturation on weighting in paediatric populations. As an accredited strength and conditioning coach, alongside her lecturing role Steph coaches’ young athletes in the Youth Physical Development Centre based at Cardiff Metropolitan University and Welsh Rowing. Steph is a Lecturer in Strength and Conditioning at Cardiff Metropolitan University, where she is also currently undertaking her PhD investigating the effects of growth and maturation on weighting in paediatric populations.
