Here are some of the non-academic queries we can help you with:

Payments (tuition fees, trips, etc.)

You can make payments at both i-zone desks.

For example:

  • tuition fees
  • international office trips
  • re-examination fees.

Alternatively, you can make a payment online.

ID cards

If you need a new ID card please visit one of the i-zone desks.

Lost property

The i-Zone handles all lost property at the University. 

If you have lost an item please visit or contact the i-zone to retrieve your items as soon as possible. 

Changing your details

Update your details

If you have changed your name, you will need to let the University know as soon as possible. Visit the i-zone for a change of personal details form. 

Please also bring valid ID that states your changed name, for example a passport, marriage certificate, deed poll certificate, etc.

You can change your password online.
