Who we are

We are part of the Student Services and Employability team. You can find us at the i-zone helpdesk next to the main reception on Llandaff campus, and at the Student Information Point helpdesk in the library on Cyncoed campus.

How we can help

We can help you:

• by answering any questions you may have about Student Services and Employability
• access specialist services including wellbeing support, dyslexia screening, chaplaincy, careers and money advice
• book an appointment with Student Services and Employability teams
• make a payment towards your tuition fees by card (or you can pay online)
• get your identification documents verified as part of your DBS application
• access your council tax exemption certificate (you can locate this directly via MetCentral or via the MyCardiffMet app)
• resolve any enrolment issues
• print a new or replacement MetCard
