REGISTRATION
Cardiff Met Junior Sport Camps operates a strict registration procedure whereby parents are required to sign their child(ren) into and out of camp daily. If any adult other than the adult who signs the child into camp is collecting, staff must be advised of this when the child is signed in and a password must be given by the parent, to the staff and to the adult who is collecting the child. The manager reserves the right to retain a child on the premises if unable to identify with the person collecting, or without any form of written consent to release the child(ren) from the programme. In this case, the parent will be contacted prior to releasing any child(ren). It is important that a member of staff is informed in the morning if you are not collecting your child at the end of the day. Please remember to sign the release form and arrange for password to be used on collection.
Where you would like for your child(ren) to sign in and out without parent / guardian present, we require a written letter to be presented to our staff, signed, and verified by the parent / guardian.
This self-sign in / out procedure is only available for children aged 11+

Additional Information
Dragon Camps
These Sport Specific Summer Camps are in place of Dragon Camps this summer. We are currently reviewing the junior sport provision.
We are not accepting Childcare Vouchers for any of our holiday camps. In order to accept childcare vouchers we have to register with the Care Inspectorate Wales which in turn brings a number of requirements that we have struggled to meet. To bring the camps back and deliver a good programme we have taken the decision not to register. We're confident we will provide the same quality service but it does mean we can’t accept the vouchers as payment. We will keep this decision under review as we plan future camps.
