Cardiff Met guarantees accommodation for non-local students with a firm academic offer (who apply for accommodation on or before May 31st). Our accommodation is in high demand and the team is working hard to allocate rooms to students.
For students who have not received an accommodation offer, there is information on finding accommodation in Cardiff’s private residential sector.



Cyncoed Campus

With 544 rooms across campus. Offering a mix of catered, self-catered, en-suite and shared facility rooms.Suitable for students studying Sport, Education or Humanities.

Situated close to the Llandaff campus with 392 self-catered en-suite rooms.
Suitable for students studying Art and Design, Management, Health Sciences and Technologies.

Private Halls

Cardiff Met have secured over 650 en-suite study bedrooms in four privately owned halls of residence located close to the campuses. All the Halls are regularly serviced by Cardiff Bus services or are close enough to walk to campus.
