What do I need to do?
While you are a student, and after you leave University, please make sure you keep your contact details up to date so you don't miss your chance to have your say and make a difference to the future of Cardiff Met.
Cardiff Met will also be in contact with you after you graduate to ensure we have the most up to date contact information for you.
Cardiff Met will keep in touch after you graduate, giving you the opportunity to inform us of any details that may have changed since leaving the University. We'll keep you informed about any relevant Graduate Outcomes activities by following a simple contact plan, sending timely email updates right up until you receive your invite to complete the survey.
All Graduate Outcomes specific communication from Cardiff Met will cease once your cohort has commenced surveying.
How and when can I complete the survey?
All leavers will be contacted approximately 15 months after completing your course to be invited to complete the survey. You can complete the survey on most devices and it only takes around 10 minutes.
You will be contacted by email (from an @graduateoutcomes.ac.uk email address), which will contain a link to the online survey. You may receive text reminders (from 'GradOutcome) or a phone call from IFF Research, who can help you to complete the survey.
Don’t miss your chance to be part of the bigger picture; we're ready to listen and your response to the survey really will make a difference to the future of Cardiff Met.
Who runs the survey?
The Graduate Outcomes survey is a statutory process for all higher education providers and is coordinated by the
Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA), on behalf of Cardiff Met.
The operations and data collection element of the Graduate Outcomes survey will be undertaken by a third-party survey contractor who will work in collaboration with HESA, Funding Bodies and UK Higher Education Providers.
Graduate Outcomes has replaced the previous Destinations of Leavers from Higher Education survey (DLHE). Anyone who graduates after 1 August 2017 will be asked to complete the Graduate Outcomes survey.
