You will have the opportunity to engage with the Challenges Abroad Social Impact and Climate Action programmes in Panama. With a particular interest Humanities, Social Sciences, the environment and sustainability, you will travel to El Valle learning about UN SDG 13. You will gain experience and intercultural awareness on an international platform, which will enhance global awareness and increase your employability. You will also experience Panamanian culture and explore the history, with a once in a lifetime opportunity to visit the Panama Canal.

As a Social Impact participant, you will participate in cross-cultural exchange and share skills whilst engaging with local community members.  You will also learn first-hand about environmental challenges facing Panama.

You will work effectively as a team as you develop your creative skills, solve problems, develop your confidence and adaptability skills, all whilst communicating respectfully across different languages and develop your ability to be self-reflective, whilst understanding and embracing the concept of global citizenship.
