Santander Christmas Virtual Programme
I am stepping into 2021 a more confident and culturally educated me. Over the last three weeks I have completed four Pagoda Projects courses focusing on Digital Competency, Employability Skills, Cultural Fluency and Workplace Basics. This virtual programme has enhanced my professional development and given me a unique insight into the understanding of the multicultural work environment. I will look to implement the tools and methods I have learnt during this course into my future studies and career. Each course has enhanced my professional development, by providing a unique experience to learn valuable competencies required in today's global workforce.
I would like to say a huge thank you to Cardiff Met Global Opportunities for offering and allowing me to take part in this programme as well as vocalising a big thank you to Pagoda Projects for accepting me into this course. I have thoroughly enjoyed this virtual internship.
