Andrea Steel works as an Associate Lecturer and Personal Tutor. She has spent almost 45 years in business working for multinationals, SME's and her own businesses since gaining her BA degree in Mathematics at Durham University. At Cardiff Metropolitan University she works in both undergraduate and MBA programmes and during the summer with the CSM Pre-Sessional Summer School – a programme for European and International students which prepares the students for studying at university in the UK.
