Staff Overview

​​​Geraldine joined Cardiff Metropolitan University in December 2022. She has recently published a book on Virtue and Social Enterprise, and prior to this she was the Programme Team Leader (Postgraduate Business) at Arden University and a Senior Lecturer at the University of South Wales.

Teaching

​​Module leader for BA Business and Management Level 5 ‘Ethical and Sustainable Business Practices’, and Level 6 ‘Leading Change for Sustainability’. Dissertation supervision at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

Research

​​Geraldine’s research interests are focused on alternatives to capitalism, business ethics, sustainability, and social enterprise.
