Sean joined Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2021, having received his PhD in Economics from Edinburgh University in 2020. He previously worked as a technical author in the telecommunications industry.
Sean teaches on various modules on the BSc Economics and BA Business and Management programs.
Sean’s research is in theoretical microeconomics. He is particularly interested in models of the provision of information, and the reasons why people might benefit from themselves or others being less-than-perfectly-informed.
