Induction and Joining Information
All new postgraduate researchers enrolling in 2020/2021 are expected to
attend an informal 'Meet & Greet' session followed by a more formal
Induction. The 'Meet & Greet' will provide you with an opportunity to
engage with key members of staff who will be involved with your research
degree. Induction will introduce you to key topics which are relevant
to the initial stages of your postgraduate researcher study.
note: These events are usually held on campus but due to current Covid 19
conditions, for the events in September and October, it is proposed that 'Meet
& Greet' and Induction, will be delivered via Microsoft Teams. For 2021,
the method of delivery will be kept under review and will be decided on taking
into account current guidance at the time.
