At Cardiff Met we offer two postgraduate routes to study Fashion that will prepare you for a career in this exciting global industry.

Our Master’s degree in Fashion Design, located in the Cardiff School of Art & Design, promotes innovative design thinking and cultivates an ethos of experimentation. You will be encouraged to explore imaginative fusions between materials and technology to develop your individual creative identity as a Fashion Designer.

Our Master’s degree in Fashion Marketing Management benefits from being delivered from an international School of Management. It blends fashion, marketing and management principles to develop fashion marketers who can run and successfully integrate at a managerial level in a broad range of fashion organisations and marketing environments.

Fashion Design Studios (Cardiff School of Art & Design)

“As an MSc Fashion Marketing Management student, I was given the opportunity to take part in ‘Walking Wardrobe’ – a community-based charity event supporting model dressing and styling, as well modelling and walking the runway. It also presented an exciting chance to network and support our industry related modules.

“My experience of studying a Master’s course in Fashion at Cardiff Met has been an exciting one.

Throughout the course, autonomous learning was encouraged. To create the output of my MA thesis, I was able to venture beyond the boundaries of fashion to produce a multifaceted garment incorporating programmable technologies.
