Other Projects and activities

Project Leader, Machine learning based runoff prediction modelling (Jan 19 – Dec 19) - Led a research consultancy project for a hydropower company, Agder Energi Norway. Designed a set of machine learning based predictive models, corresponding to sample catchments, for forecasting extreme weather variables at the local level.

Consultant, Big data-driven public administration (Jan 19 – Sep 20) - This was a consultancy project offered by the Ministry of Interior, Czech Republic and run by a group of Norwegian academic institutions. The project dealt with efficient analysis of the mobile positioning data related to everyday mobility of citizens.
