This may be due to entering an incorrect password. Passwords can be amended via the password management page.

I can’t remember my Cardiff Metropolitan University user ID/password

Staff members can reset their password by sending a code to their mobile phone or email address. Register for this service via the password management page.

Staff who can’t remember their user name should contact ITHelpdesk@cardiffmet.ac.uk for assistance.

I don’t have a Cardiff Metropolitan University user ID/password

If you are a staff member at a partner – academic or administrator – and you are involved in a Cardiff Metropolitan University course, please contact your local institutional liaison. You will need to provide your full name, email address, and date of birth. We will then work with the liaison to approve and create your account.
