Mae Steven Osborne yn Ddarlithydd mewn Rheoli Chwaraeon a Datblygu Chwaraeon yn Ysgol Chwaraeon Caerdydd.

Ymunodd Steven â'r Ysgol yn 2014, yn dilyn deiliadaeth pedair blynedd a hanner fel darlithydd ym Mhrifysgol Metropolitan Abertawe (UWTSD bellach).

Mae gan Steven dros 20 mlynedd o brofiad gwirfoddol, proffesiynol ac academaidd yn y diwydiant chwaraeon, lle mae ganddo brofiad o ddatblygu a gweithredu; rhaglenni newid strategol, strategaethau lleol a chenedlaethol, rheoli ac arwain timau o weithwyr proffesiynol chwaraeon.

Mae'r gwaith hwn wedi'i gynnal ym mhob prif faes chwaraeon gan gynnwys sefydliadau gwirfoddol, cyhoeddus, nid er elw / preifat a chenedlaethol.

Mae'n parhau i gefnogi datblygiad Chwaraeon Cymru fel cyfarwyddwr anweithredol ar gyfer ymddiriedolaeth hamdden nid-er-elw ac o'r blaen mae wedi cadeirio Cymru Rhwyfo a gweithredu fel cyfarwyddwr anweithredol gyda British Rowing.
