4. Output of the project
One of the great success stories so far from the TEMPUS – Leadership in Higher Education Management (LHEM) has been the establishment and full recognition of the NGO Women in Higher Education Elite Leadership (WHEEL). WHEEL is a network that seeks to advance, support, develop and connect women leaders in higher education across the MEDA region. The network aspires to be a ‘steering wheel’ that guides the process of women’s empowerment in higher education.
