Global Outreach Projects

Social responsibility -both locally and globally- underpins the work of Cardiff Met.

The University supports and promotes the development of higher education systems around the world through projects that work with individuals, institutions and governments in areas including internationalisation, leadership development and quality system.

These so far have been achieved through the participation in British Council projects as well as Erasmus+ Key Action 2 Capacity Building Projects. We are looking to enhance these through the creation of outreach opportunities through Global Games and our Global Grants Scheme

The Global Engagement Team

The Global Outreach & Operations Team supports Global Engagement in its endeavours to connect with partner universities, organisations and people around the world in the spirit of internationalisation; working with organisations such as the British Council, Association of Commonwealth Universities, and the European Commission in areas of capacity building, knowledge transfer, staff mobility exchange and widening access.

Developing and managing all Global Engagement systems relating to Overseas Travel, Finance (incl. US Federal Loans) and Operations, the team are able to help with a range of queries, whether you are a student, member of staff, or partner university.
