New 90% funded government-backed ‘Help to Grow’ management programme

The Creative Enterprise and Leadership Centre at Cardiff Metropolitan University has taken its expertise and experience from the renowned 20Twenty Programme to develop a new government-backed scheme open to businesses across the UK.

Help to Grow: Management Course is a 12-week programme which is 90% subsidised by the government and aimed at senior leaders of small and medium businesses. It can be used as a pathway to our renowned CMI accredited 20Twenty Business Growth and Leadership course. 

What is the Help to Grow: Management Programme?

The programme provides 1-1 mentorship and world-class training for leaders of small and medium-sized businesses across the UK and will open the door to growth for thousands of business leaders.

Delivered by Cardiff Metropolitan University and accredited by the Small Business Charter, Help To Grow: Management includes 50 hours of in depth training, 1:1 business mentoring, and the opportunity to grow your business, fast.

The 12-week programme costs just £750 and is 90% subsidised by the government. Designed to be manageable alongside full-time work, you can take part around your existing work commitments and access learning through a blend of short online and face-to-face sessions.

To join the Help to Grow: Management Course, your business must:

  • Be a Small or Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) based in the United Kingdom
  • From any business sector, employing between 5 and 249 people
  • Have been operational for at least one year
  • Not be a charity
