Cardiff Metropolitan University's iconic National Indoor Athletics Centre (NIAC) welcomes the 2019 ITTF World Veterans Table Tennis Tour on its final stop.
Two days of competition will see men and women's singles and doubles matches played, with winners determined by a best of five.
Deputy Lord Mayor of Cardiff, Councillor Cllr Jackie Parry, will open the event at NIAC, which has served as a springboard for many Olympians, Paralympians and national sports stars in Cardiff for almost 20 years.
Owen Rodgers, Deputy Director of Sport at Cardiff Met, said: "The World Veterans Table Tennis Tour is a great event, which we are delighted to host here at the National Indoor Athletics Centre."
"This venue welcomes Olympians, Paralympians, future stars and amateurs every day, and is a stage for the best of sporting achievements big and small."
