When making your online application, you will be asked to select your four accommodation preferences based on the campus you will be studying at. Please note, whilst we take your preferences into consideration we cannot guarantee your preferred choice.
If you would prefer to live in a private rented house, please contact us using the details below as the Accommodation Office maintain a list of landlords who have properties that are suitable for students, meet all legislative requirements and do not charge any fees.

If you've been made an offer on a course through Clearing, we're pleased to offer you guaranteed accommodation. To qualify, you will need to add Cardiff Met as your UCAS Clearing Choice on UCAS Hub and submit a complete online accommodation application to Cardiff Met by August 9th.
