Mental Health and Well-being Network

As part of Cardiff Metropolitan University's commitment to providing a positive and inclusive working and learning environment we are currently in the process of establishing a Mental Health and Well-being Network.

Through the Mental Health and Well-being Network, we want to provide a safe and welcoming space for all staff, whether they have lived experience of a mental health problem or just a personal interest in mental health and well-being. We want to bring people together to share and help shape and improve the University's approaches to mental health and well-being.

As part of our commitment to Mental Health and Well-being we have recently signed the Time to Change Wales organisational pledge.
