Our Junior hockey programme is open to children of all abilities and is the recognised junior section of one of the biggest hockey clubs in Wales, Cardiff & Met Hockey Club.
Based at one of the best hockey facilities in the UK, we offer a chance for children to develop their hockey skills and tactics within a fun learning environment. Our Junior Hockey programme enters teams into the South Wales Youth Hockey programme from Under 9s to Under 15s and they play regular festivals and fixtures throughout the season.
Teams
Our academy is available to the following age groups:
Under 9's (School Years 2 to 4) Sunday 10:00 – 11:00am
Under 11's (School Years 5 & 6) Sunday 10:00 – 11:00am
Under 13's Girls (Schools Years 7 & 8) Tuesday 5:30 – 6:30pm
Under 13's Boys (Schools Years 7 & 8) Tuesday 6:30 – 7:30pm
Under 15's (School Years 9 & 10) Tuesday 6:30 – 7:30pm
Our Hockey academy enters teams into the South Wales Youth Hockey programme at the following age groups and play regular festivals and fixtures throughout the season.
