I write poetry and fiction and I teach across the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes at Cardiff Met. I have a BA in English from Aberystwyth University, an MA in Creative Writing from the University of East Anglia and a PhD in Creative and Critical Writing from the University of East Anglia. My most recent publications are my short story collection Punch (2019) and my poetry collection The Way Out (2018). I also work as a writer in a variety of community and healthcare settings.
