Whether you are planning a residential conference, exhibition, meeting or training session, Cardiff Met Conferences have purpose built, contemporary facilities and a friendly and experienced team to ensure a successful event.
Facilities include numerous break-out rooms and tiered lecture theatres, a dedicated conference suite, a self-contained hospitality suite, IT training rooms, and exhibition space.
We have 800+ single bedrooms available during the summer months, which can be booked for individual travellers, groups and conferences. At Cyncoed Campus, we have various catering outlets, indoor and outdoor sports facilities and a licensed bar, making the venue ideal for hosting Residential Conferences and Training Camps. A variety of B&B, half board and full board packages can be made available to suit all requirements and budgets.
Facilities are located at three locations all close to the city centre, with easy access from the M4 and parking on site.

Please note that we are now fully booked for the summer period due to a high volume of external events taking place across our campuses. It’s an incredibly busy season for us, and we appreciate your patience during this time.
We are still welcoming enquiries for bookings from September 2026 onwards. However, due to current demand, please allow up to 5 working days for a response to any new booking requests.
