Athletics Club and Academy for young athletes based at the National Indoor Athletics Centre (NIAC).​​

Cardiff Met Junior Athletics are based at Cardiff Met Sport Facilities. We offer recreational and competitive programmes, competing across Wales and England for children aged 5 and upwards.

Sessions and courses are booked online or through the Cardiff Met Sport App.​​​​

​For: Boys / Girls, aged 6+ years​​.

Venue: National Indoor Athletics Centre, Cyncoed Campus.

When: Every weekday between 4:30pm - 6:30pm.
