Professor Longville examines why women remain under-represented in senior leadership and why their visibility often diminishes as they progress. Drawing on research into women in Welsh higher education and over 40 years’ experience in education and international sport, she explores the concept of “invisible leaders” and ongoing barriers to advancement.
