My primary research interests are work-rate and tactical aspects in individual and team games. These interests include temporal aspects of sports behaviour, factors influencing tactical decision making and the effectiveness of performance analysis support within coaching. More recently, I have been investigating ethical, health and safety aspects that are relevant to the sports performance analysis profession. I have also investigated relative age in sport and computer science in sport as secondary research interests.
