Overview
John is a senior lecturer in strength and conditioning and programme director of the MSc Youth Athletic Development degree at Cardiff Metropolitan University. His research interests are in youth athletic development, investigating the development of physical performance throughout maturation. John is a Tutor for the UK Strength and Conditioning Association (UKSCA), and an accredited strength and conditioning coach. He currently leads the delivery of strength and conditioning in the Youth Physical Development Centre at Cardiff Met.
