Overview
Lauren joined the academic teaching team in 2022, following a year as Performance Analysis Intern within the School.
Lauren has extensive experience working with national teams, institutes of sport and elite sport teams as an applied practitioner across UK and Australia. Lauren has worked across several team and individual sports, most notably she works within both international and domestic Netball. Lauren has provided performance analysis support at 2025 World Youth Cup and 2026 Commonwealth Games.
Her expertise lies in critically analysing performance across a range of indicators, ensuring data-driven decisions to optimise outcomes. This experience guides her teaching practice bridging the gap between industry and academic learning through real-world problem-based tasks.
