You will be directed to a Password Management facility where you will use your email address as your Username and request a password, this will allow you to log in to complete your enrolment.

  • You are starting a programme that requires an Occupational Health check for which Admissions have not received acknowledgement of completion

  • Your email has been sent to an old account which you no longer use; or may be sat in your junk folder
  • Your are applying for a School of Sport programme and need to complete your Met Connect module first

If you fall into any of the above, please contact Admissions who can advise you further.

If you are a previous Cardiff Met student, you will already have a Self Service account and will need to use your previous login details. If you are not sure what your username and password is, please contact Admissions, who can reset them for you. Alternatively, if you just need to reset your password, please click here
