- Your email has been sent to an old account which you no longer use; or may be sat in your Junk folder
- You are applying for a School of Sport programme and need to complete your Met Connect module first
If you fall into any of the above, please contact Admissions who can advise you further.
If you are a previous Cardiff Met student, you will already have a Self Service account and will need to use your previous login details. If you are not sure what your username and password is, please contact Admissions, who can reset them for you. Alternatively, if you just need to reset your password, please
