At Cardiff Metropolitan University, sustainability is embedded in who we are and how we operate. As a public university, we recognise our responsibility to lead by example through reducing our environmental impact, support social justice, and preparing our students to shape a more sustainable future.

We are committed to achieving Net Zero Carbon, enhancing biodiversity across our campuses, promoting responsible consumption, and embedding sustainability into teaching, research, and student experience. Through collaboration with our community we are creating meaningful opportunities to create action, from everyday choices to long-term institutional change.
