Cardiff School of Management is co-delivering with work based learning providers on a number of Higher Apprenticeship frameworks to be able to provide the relevant qualification and the academic teaching skills and knowledge that are required at this level of learning. There are also opportunities to be able to provide progression opportunities for Higher Apprentices with some programmes offering fast track or recognition of prior learning opportunities onto degree and masters level qualifications.
Degree Apprenticeships combines the work based element of an apprenticeship with the academic framework of a Higher Education qualification, where the apprentice is employed providing practical experience.
Note to employers: Degree Apprenticeships can be used to upskill existing employees where the opportunity for work based learning and assessment is provided.
