My role at the ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre

My role is to look at the identification of waste and profit losses within food processing companies, the development of proposed corrective action and provide support for companies in their application, where requested.

The aim is to identify key process development and optimisation shortfalls in industrial partners’ operations through the analysis of product processing, observations, and internal audits.

In addition to this, we will aim to determine business partners’ training needs and identify appropriate corrective action plans to encourage continuous improvement in waste reduction, factory waste controls, process design and development.
