My role at the ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre

I have worked for ZERO2FIVE since October 2017 in the Business Operations Team, primarily working on Project HELIX.
As part of Business Operations I am involved in the management of departmental databases, managing phone calls and emails and helping in any other areas where required.

My main role is contract management for Project HELIX - this involves checking paperwork is correct and up to date, verifying that the correct data has been gathered and ensuring the relevant signatures are collected.

I am also involved with procurement, so work closely with the rest of ZERO2FIVE to ensure travel requirements and purchasing needs are fulfilled. 

Previous Experience

I have always worked in administrative and customer service roles. I have been in administrative roles since 2009.

My previous job saw me helping a shared service centre set up a new team for managing the recruitment for the London Met police. This involved a lot of database testing and travel to and from London. Once the team was set up, I was part of the PC recruitment so had an extensive amount of calls, emails and applications to sift; this was a very customer service based role.

I have not previously worked for a university but I have worked with other government departments.
