My role at the ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre

In 2021, I graduated from Cardiff Metropolitan University with a BSc with First Class Honours in Food Science and Technology. Prior to graduating from university, I worked within industry as a Quality Auditor for a company located in Abergavenny. 

I have recently joined the research team at ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre, Cardiff Metropolitan University to undertake a PhD focusing on the trend of meal-kit subscription boxes.
