The festive season is a busy period for new product launches as companies look to meet the ever changing tastes and trends for family feasting and gifting.
Here’s a round-up of some of the exciting Christmas products that are being launched by companies we’ve worked with as part of Project HELIX:
- The Parsnipship produce pioneering vegetarian and vegan produce packed with big punchy flavours. This year, their Christmas range is 100% vegan and includes products like St Nick’s Nuts made with cashews, walnuts and Moroccan spices as well as the Festive Beetroot Bomb, an explosion of beetroot carrot and cumin seeds.
- Clam’s Cakes are an artisan bakery who hand-make loaf cakes, tray bakes, muffins and macarons in small batches. This Christmas, the company is launching a vegan chocolate orange and mandarin shimmer muffin and an indulgent black cherry tray bake, a frangipane sponge topped with a dark cherry swirl and toasted flaked almonds.
- The Preservation Society produce multi-award-winning chutneys, sirops and preserves that are made using local and seasonal ingredients whilst Black Mountains Smokery traditionally cure and smoke fish, meats, poultry and cheeses. This year, the two companies are working together to produce a luxury hamper packed with smoked goodies like oak smoked salmon and Welsh cheddar and jars of deliciousness including Buttery & Boozy Mincemeat and Cranberry & Cabernet Relish.
