During October this term, incoming Erasmus students at Cardiff Met were taken on a Welsh castles trip.

The students visited Cardiff Castle and Castell Coch where they learned about Welsh history and had the chance to explore the castle grounds.

The International Office organises such trips to offer Erasmus students an opportunity to see the sights in Wales and to also encourage social engagement among the students.

Erasmus student, Fulya Ünalan from Turkey, enjoyed the trip and said: 'This was a lovely trip for Erasmus students to meet one another and get to know everyone better. Thanks to the International Office for organising the trip and being with us'.

The next trip for Erasmus students at Cardiff Met will be organised in the new year.
