Sara is a first class graduate of Oxford Brookes University (1995) and worked for 14 years in industry within the airline, food and retail sectors in London, as well as having her own business. Sara relocated to Wales and this move has enabled her to pursue an academic career which has allowed her to impart her knowledge and experience in both food development and event management into her teaching.
Sara joined Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2007 and has taught on a wide range of management courses including MSc. She is currently year three tutor and is responsible for pastoral care for management students. Sara has also commenced on a PhD.
