As a Cardiff Met graduate, you can continue to access support from our Careers Service.
From CV writing and interview tips to career planning webinars, our Employability Advisors and Careers Consultants are here to help.
Accessing the Careers Service on MetHub
Recent Cardiff Met graduates can continue to use MetHub to:
- sign up for events offered by the Careers Service or the Centre for Entrepreneurship
- book an appointment to review your CV, learn how to write a covering letter, or get advice on your job search
- use our 'Ask a Question' service
- search for jobs
How to Login
Graduates can access their accounts by:
- visit the MetHub login page
- select 'Graduate'
- click on 'Reset your password'
- enter your username (e.g. st12345678) and the personal email address you have registered with the University
- click 'Send password reset email'
- Follow the instructions in the password reset email
This will send a password reset token to the personal email address you have registered with the University.
If you cannot remember which email address you have registered, please click 'Forgotten your details or don't have access to your email address?' and follow the instructions there.
Help with MetHub
If you do not receive the password reset email, or you no longer have access to the email you registered to the University with, please contact us on methub@cardiffmet.ac.uk to request the email on your account be updated. You will need to quote your student number.
Darogan
Darogan is Wales’ Graduate Hub, the only dedicated platform for graduate careers in Wales. Through their digital platform, events and other services, Darogan connect degree-educated talent with employers in Wales.
Through their jobs board you can find live roles ranging from graduate schemes and full-time positions to internships and placements. They also host live events across the UK, including careers fairs and networking opportunities.

Shape Your Future is a new initiative designed to support student's skills development.
If you graduated in 2023 onwards then you are still able to sign up to Shape Your Future by selecting 'I'm a graduate' when you login:

If you have recently graduated, please continue to log in using your Cardiff Met student details for as long as your university email and password are still active.
If you have an invite for access, follow the instructions in the email received. If you need to reset your password, click on the Reset password / first login link below. Remember to check your junk inbox.
Shortlist.me
Shortlist.me is an online mock interviewing platform, allowing you to prepare for interviews in the comfort of your own home.
Email careersservice@cardiffmet.ac.uk for an access code to be able to access the platform as a graduate.
