Food, Nutrition and Health

​​Our work here focuses on our collaborative work with industry and policymakers through the ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre. Apart from contributing to the success of industrial partners, the ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre has also influenced the future food and health policy of the Welsh Government. Research under this theme also addresses the 'nutraceutical' benefits of a range of products and ingredients, along with effective ways to manage nutrition, diet and food safety in vulnerable groups.
