The products are currently sold in local retailers and online.

Support from ZERO2FIVE

In 2017, Angharad Underwood (Owner/Director of The Preservation Society) contacted ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre to support the business with calculated nutritional analysis of over 20 product recipes using computerised software. ZERO2FIVE also provided The Preservation Society with best practice guidance and knowledge in relation to finished product labelling.

Benefits of the support

The support provided and knowledge transferred to the business under project HELIX funding, enabled The Preservation Society to ensure their product labelling fully complies with mandatory labelling requirements.

Angharad Underwood, The Preservation Society:

“For a micro business like ours, it’s difficult to keep up with food industry requirements so the support of ZERO2FIVE has been brilliant and Bethan has made the process really simple and personable.”
