​​Our ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre Research team, in collaboration with Cardiff School of Sport and Health Sciences at Cardiff Metropolitan University, apply their research and knowledge transfer which has placed the ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre at the forefront in their field with invitations to present globally at industry conferences, Food Standards Agency and the Welsh Government.
